The theme of the 2026 Conference of the Americas is “United!” The theme is based on the biblical passage from Colossians 2:2, which reads:
My goal is that they may be strengthened in heart and united in love, so that they may have all the riches of full understanding, in order to fully know the mystery of God, namely, Christ.”
Although we come from many different countries, languages, and cultures, we are able to be united in love and purpose through Christ. This conference seeks to promote a spirit of unity throughout the Americas—and even around the world!

Aeroporto Santos Dumont (SDU)

Aeroporto Internacional do Galeão (GIG)
Galeão Airport, also known as Antônio Carlos Jobim International Airport, is the main gateway for international and long-haul flights in Rio, located on Ilha do Governador. A taxi or Uber ride to the Riale Brisa Barra Hotel takes about 30 minutes, with fares ranging from R$100 to R$120, depending on traffic and the time of day.
Bus terminal
The Novo Rio Bus Terminal is the main departure and arrival point for long-distance and intercity travel in Rio de Janeiro, located in the Santo Cristo neighborhood, near downtown. It provides access to major highways and connects Rio to destinations throughout Brazil and neighboring countries. The terminal features shops, snack bars, and integration with the VLT (Light Rail Vehicle), facilitating access to downtown Rio and Santos Dumont Airport.

What is included in the registration fee?
Once the registration fee has been paid, participants will have access to classes, seminars, and meetings.
Registration does not include hotel accommodations, meals, parking, admission to the party, or sightseeing tours. These activities can be purchased separately, depending on the participant’s interests and needs.
Visa
Effective April 10, 2025, citizens of the following countries in North, Central, and South America will need a visa to enter Brazil:
Citizens of certain Mercosur countries — such as Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay — may enter Brazil with only their national identity documents. All other travelers must present a valid passport, even if a visa is not required. The passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the duration of the stay and contain at least one blank page. Visa policies are subject to change, so it is important to check for updated information with the Brazilian consulate or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before traveling.
